London Collection

When placing the order online please indicate approximately whether the time of the collection will be morning or the afternoon.

London Delivery

All London deliveries are hand delivered by our own driver or a courier.

For central and Greater London, we offer same-day, next-day or specified day delivery options for delivery Monday – Saturday.

Same day orders must be received by 3pm.

The service costs an additional £5 to the costs outlined below. Orders received after this time will be delivered on the specified day as instructed. If it is necessary to place an order after 3pm for the same day, please call the shop or email us and we will see what we can do.

Next day deliveries 

  • Monday – Saturday delivery available
  • Bank holidays  - no deliveries. 

Please order by 4pm the day before to ensure we get into stock what you need. Orders received after this time can still be fulfilled in general. If necessary please call the shop or email us and we will see what we can do. 

Specified day Deliveries 

  • Monday – Saturday delivery available
  • Bank holidays  - no deliveries.

The following central London postcodes are serviced. These are the costs for next day or specified day deliveries. It is also possible to choose to have next day or specified day deliveries made to Greater London postcodes with our national partner courier company for £15.

These deliveries are made with our national partner courier. 

Same day deliveries

We are unable to fulfil same day order ourselves nationwide. However we can work with our partner florists to fulfil your order. Please call us or email us and we will see what we can do.

Next day deliveries

  • Tuesday – Saturday delivery available
  • Monday delivery is available if given enough notice. 
  • Bank holidays  - no deliveries. 

Deadline to order: 4 pm the day before. If it is necessary to place an order after 4 pm for the next day, please call the shop or email us and we will see what we can do. 

Specified day Deliveries

  • Monday – Saturday delivery available. 
  • Monday available if given enough notice. 
  • Bank holidays  - no deliveries. 

We can deliver to most of mainland UK. We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Scilly Isles.  

International Delivery

Please note that orders for international delivery are not accepted through our website. We have a network of superb independent florists that we work with across the world so your order will be in good hands. Please call us or email us to place your order.
